Executive Chef Ignazio Podda from North West Italy has cooked for high-profile diners all over the world since he was 14 years old. His signature dish, apple risotto is a popular delicacy of his hometown, Valle d' Aosta. Although he is a genius when it comes to Italian food, he is an international superstar in the kitchen and will prepare anything your heart desires, from Caribbean dishes, to Indian, American, French and Asian.

*Guests have a couple of options when it comes to how to pay for their food and drinks. Guests may either choose the ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE when they pay for their villa or they may pay for the groceries purchased at the end of their stay. Either way we will do all the shopping for you!

Once you decide how you will pay for your groceries* our chefs will provision the pantry with food for your first nights meal and your first morning's breakfast. He will then sit down with you and put together a plan for the remainder of your stay asking you what kinds of things you enjoy eating and what kind of things you do not enjoy. You can plan each meal or put yourself in our chef's capable hands and let him surprise you. He will do all the shopping and work with you daily to satisfy any special cravings you may have.
