His signature dish, apple risotto is a popular delicacy of his hometown, Valle d' Aosta. Although he is a genius when it comes to Italian food, he is an international superstar in the kitchen and will prepare anything your heart desires, from Caribbean dishes, to Indian, American, French and Asian.
*Guests have a couple of options when it comes to how to pay for their food and drinks. Guests may either choose the ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE when they pay for their villa or they may pay for the groceries purchased at the end of their stay. Either way we will do all the shopping for you!
